Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

Company: Refers to Blitzen Rudolph Limited trading as Speedy Haul.
Customer: The individual or entity placing an order for courier services.
Consignment: The goods or items to be transported.
Services: The courier services provided by the Company.
Contract: The agreement between the Company and the Customer for the provision of Services.

2. Acceptance of Orders

The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
A contract is formed only when the Company confirms acceptance of the Customer’s order.

3. Customer Obligations

The Customer must provide accurate and complete information regarding the Consignment.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Consignment is properly packaged and labeled.
The Customer must not send any prohibited or restricted items and should contact the company for bespoke advice.

4. Charges and Payment

Charges for the Services will be as agreed upon at the time of order placement.
Payment must be made in accordance with the terms specified by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for any extra services requested by the Customer.

5. Liability and Insurance

The Company will take reasonable care in handling the Consignment but is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay unless caused by the Company’s negligence.
Goods in transit insurance is provided for free for all shipments valued at no greater than £50,000 for additional coverage is available and can be requested from the company at the time of booking or as part of the customers trade account package.

6. Delivery and Collection

The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Consignment within the agreed timeframe. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as weather conditions or traffic.

7. Claims and Complaints

Any claims for loss or damage must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of delivery.
The Company will investigate and respond to complaints in a timely manner.


8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer.
